(“Kualiti Alam”) Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. UEM Edgenta is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. Bhd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TIME dotCom Berhad (“TdC”). Khazanah holds 7.24% equity interest in TdC. Pulau Kapas Ventures Sdn. Bhd. Bhd., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Khazanah. 13 UEM Edgenta Group Iskandar Investment Berhad (“IIB”) Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. UEM Edgenta is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. IIB is a 60% subsidiary of Khazanah. 14 UEM Edgenta Group Astro Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“Astro”) and its subsidiaries (“Astro Group”) Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. UEM Edgenta is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. Astro is a 20.65% associated company of Pantai Cahaya Bulan Ventures Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Khazanah. 15 UEM Edgenta Group Kolej Yayasan UEM (“KYUEM”) Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. UEM Edgenta is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. Yayasan KYUEM is the philanthropic arm of UEMG and had established KYUEM, a residential A-Level private higher education college. Datuk Amran Hafiz Affifudin is a director of UEM Edgenta and a member of Board of Governors of KYUEM.
