ANTI-BRIBERY AND ANTI-CORRUPTION GOVERNANCE UEM Edgenta adopts zero-tolerance towards bribery and corruption. The Board of Directors, through the Board Governance and Risk Committee (“BGRC”), provides oversight of the Group’s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (“ABAC”) framework, including the implementation and monitoring of policies designed to prevent bribery and other forms of corruption across the Group. The Board also periodically reviews the effectiveness of the Group’s anti-corruption framework, which encompasses policies and procedures. The Board and Management are committed to ensuring that robust ABAC measures are implemented and maintained across the Group in alignment with national anti-corruption initiatives and applicable regulatory requirements.
