We also collaborate with local colleges and universities to participate in job fairs and run an active internship programme that provides an avenue for young talent to experience work at DNeX. In FY2022, we accepted 69 interns, including 16 interns under a programme we ran in collaboration with Ekuinas and PersolKelly. With pandemic restrictions since lifted, we have plans to increase our intake of interns during the coming year. Above all, we maintain fair employment practices that respect fundamental human rights and prohibit the discrimination of any employee on the basis of gender, race, religion or background. Similarly, we also support the right of our employee to group and bargain collectively, in a lawful and peaceful manner. Our employment practices are fully in alignment with the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, Children and Young Persons Employment Act 1966, Responsible Business Alliance – Code of Conduct.
