The Manager strives for a culture that respects and balances the diversity of our employees to create equal opportunities for all employees regardless of the demographic status. As at 31 December 2019, the breakdown of employees is as follows: The Manager of the REIT strives to ensure that the recruitment of employees is based on their skill sets without any preference on gender or age distribution. Employee Training In addition, the Manager emphasises on personal development to enhance the knowledge base of their employees.
