Our executive hires have maintained a steady presence, with a slight uptick to 235 in 2023. Non-executive hires, after peaking in 2022, have adjusted to 13 in the following year. In terms of gender diversity, we have achieved a balanced increase in 2023, welcoming 193 female and 196 male employees, contributing to our overall new hire count of 389 for the year.
