This investment is reflected in the substantial total training hours, which reached 291,931 for the year. Notably, we have seen an appreciable rise in the average training hours to 60 per employee, highlighting our intensified efforts in personal and professional staff development. Furthermore, we have rolled out 345 upskilling programmes in multiple and diverse topics and areas of discipline to cater to the need of the various roles within the Bank, demonstrating our focus on continuous learning and adaptability in an ever-evolving industry landscape. Promotional opportunities have also seen a positive trend, with 495 employees being promoted, indicating our focus on career progression and recognition of talent.
