IN CONCLUSION As we embark on an ambitious five-year roadmap, we will continue to adopt measures that enable the Bank to focus on achieving excellence in all three facets of culture, operational and digital. To support this, we will promote an open work culture that is conducive to idea creation, learning ability and personal growth, while also investing to build traits that foster agility as well as analytical and design thinking. These will help our employees to develop better products and solutions for our customers.
