SERVICES BERHAD [Registration No. 200001003034 (505639-K)] 42 SUSTAINABILITY IN ACTION At MYEG, we believe that sustainability must be driven at the top-most tiers of leadership for it to be effectively embedded into every aspect of our business and cascaded down to the rest of the organisation. For that reason, sustainability at MYEG is governed by the Board, who oversees risks, audit, remuneration and business continuity, as well as matters of corporate governance, business ethics, organisational culture, talent and manpower, health and safety, human rights and the environment. ESG plans and strategies are trickled down the hierarchy for implementation, with its progress and performance reported back up the command chain to ensure sound decision making for MYEG’s sustainability. SUSTAINABILITIES ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY WHO BOARD OF DIRECTORS SENIOR MANAGEMENT BUSINESS UNIT & DIVISION HEADS WORKING LEVEL Deliberates and determines the Group’s sustainability strategies and policies with a focus on ESG aspects. Oversees the overall strategy implementation and progress. Reviews sustainability related information and presents it to the Board for deliberation. Operationalise the plan in the respective business units and divisions. Collate sustainability related information against measurable indicators. Implement the plan in their respective job functions.
