The core areas of conduct under the Code of Conduct include the following:- (a) conflicts of interest; (b) confidential information; (c) fair dealing; (d) company assets and property; (e) knowledge and information; (f) fighting corruption and unethical practices; (g) employment practices; and (h) reporting of illegal and/or unethical behavior. The Board will review the Code of Conduct regularly to ensure that it continues to remain relevant and appropriate. The last review of the Code of Conduct was on 29 November 2022.
