UTILISATION OF PROCEEDS RAISED FROM CORPORATE PROPOSAL There were no proceeds raised from corporate proposal during the financial year ended 31 March 2020. 2. AUDIT AND NON-AUDIT SERVICES During the financial year ended 31 March 2020, the total audit and non-audit fees incurred for the services rendered to the Company and the Group by the external auditors, or a firm affiliated to the external auditors are as follows:- Group Company RM RM Audit fees 230,457 48,000 Non-audit fees 83,750 17,000 Total 314,207 65,000 3. MATERIAL CONTRACTS INVOLVING THE INTERESTS OF THE DIRECTORS, CHIEF EXECUTIVE WHO IS NOT A DIRECTOR OR MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS Except for the disclosure in Note 46 to the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 March 2020, there were no other material contracts entered into by the Company and its subsidiaries involving the interests of the Directors, Chief Executive who is not a Director or Major Shareholders during the financial year ended 31 March 2020. 4. EMPLOYEES’ SHARE OPTION SCHEME The Employees’ Share Option Scheme (“ESOS”) of the Company was approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 20 February 2020. During the financial year ended 31 March 2020, no ESOS Option has been offered under the ESOS.
