In FY2021, we made an impressive breakthrough in safety performance. The efforts and dedication to improve safety have been successful. While every accident or life-altering risk that occurs on our premises is one too many, we are proud of the progress we have made with our teams. • In FY2021, MSM achieved a lower Lost-Time Incident Frequency Rate as compared to FY2020. • The Lost-Time Incident Frequency Rate was decreased from 4.3% to 3.9% lower than last year, driven by the reduction in incidents that led to lost time. • The number of cases decreased by 24% from FY2020, of which one work-related contractor fatality was recorded.
