DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT SCHEME THAT PROVIDES THE SHAREHOLDERS OF TCB THE OPTION TO ELECT TO REINVEST THEIR INTERIM CASH DIVIDEND INTO NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN TCB ("TCB SHARES" OR "SHARES")("DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT SCHEME")

We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 21 August 2017, 15 and 21 September 2017, 2 and 19 October and 10 November 2017 in relation to the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme (“Announcements”).

(Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those previously defined in the Announcements).

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme for the first-interim single-tier dividend of 2 sen per TCB Share for the financial year ending 31 December 2017, as declared on 21 August 2017, has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 4,655,815 new TCB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities today.

With the listing of the aforesaid new TCB Shares, the enlarged share capital of TCB is RM1,469,700,025 comprising 1,470,417,161 TCB Shares.
