Remarks: On 21 August 2017, the Board of Directors of Tropicana Corporation Berhad ("TCB")("Board") had declared a first interim single tier dividend of 2 sen in TCB for the financial year ended 31 December 2017 ("First Interim Dividend"). The Board had also determined that the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme ("DRS") will apply to the entire Interim Dividend which will provide the shareholders of TCB with the option to reinvest the First Interim Dividend into new TCB Shares. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities Holdings Berhad had on 2 October 2017 announced that the issue price for the new TCB Shares to be issued pursuant to the implementation of the DRS in respect of the First Interim Dividend has been fixed at RM0.83 per new TCB Share.
