Tropicana Corporation Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that at its 38th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 30 May 2017, the shareholders of the Company had approved all the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM dated 28 April 2017.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Corporate Streets Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
