The Board of Directors of Tropicana is pleased to declare a second interim single tier dividend comprising the following in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2016:-

• Share dividend on the basis of 1.2 treasury shares for every 100 existing ordinary shares held in the Company (“Share Dividend”). Any fractions arising from the distribution of Share Dividend will be disregarded.

The book closure date for the second interim single tier dividend is fixed on 12 April 2017 to determine the shareholders' entitlement and the payment date will be on 28 April 2017.
