DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT SCHEME THAT PROVIDES THE SHAREHOLDERS OF TCB THE OPTION TO ELECT TO REINVEST THEIR CASH DIVIDEND IN NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN TCB ("DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT SCHEME")

We refer to the announcements dated 24 November 2016, 10, 17 and 18 January 2017, 7 and 24 February 2017 in relation to the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme for the first interim dividend of 2.5 sen per TCB Share for the financial year ended 31 December 2016, as declared on 24 November 2016, has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 18,294,918 new TCB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities today.

With the listing of the said new TCB Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of TCB is RM1,465,761,346 comprising 1,465,761,346 TCB Shares.
