Mitrajaya started off as a construction company, Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd (PMSB) by our Group Managing Director, Mr. Tan Eng Piow in 1985.

Spearheaded by the principal company, PMSB, the holding company, Mitrajaya Holdings Berhad was first listed on the Second Board of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange on 8 December 1994, and subsequently moved up to the Main Board on 29 May 1998. MHB is principally an investment holding company while the principal activities of its subsidiary are construction, property development and international projects.
