Section 1 | About Our Report 6 ADOPTION OF <IR> REPORTING PHILOSOPHY SCOPE AND BOUNDARIES We are pleased to present our first Integrated Report 2021. This report is directed mainly at our valued shareholders – both existing and potential investors – as financial capital providers and stakeholders. The Report demonstrates how Serba aligns its respective capital allocation and corporate social behaviour to create, deliver and protect value for all our stakeholders as well as how we deliver values in our journey to enhance value creation and maintain sustainable financial growth both in the medium and long term. In early 2020, Serba started the groundwork for an integrated reporting journey with the objective of providing all its stakeholders with a better understanding and assessment of its business investments and opportunities, including the various business challenges and shifting market environment. We continuously seek to explore and consider the most viable, acceptable and feasible industry best business practices while considering a wide ranging business opportunities from a broad spectrum of business environment. This Report covers the performance of Serba and its subsidiaries for the year ended 30 June 2021. Any material events up to the Board’s approval dated 30 December 2021 are also included. Among others, the Report comprises Serba’s outlook, targets, objectives and key performance indicators from short (2021) to the medium and long-term (2022 to 2025 and beyond). ABOUT OUR REPORT
