Section 2 | Our Business 58 SERBA DINAMIK’S CSR IN 2020 & 2021 Care Team initiatives focusingmainly on three (3) pillars of activities which are: • Community Our recent sustainability and CSR initiatives was a donation of Personal Protective Equipment ("PPE") set to the hospitals in Malaysia. As the current pandemic rises in the mid of 2020 and 2021, we aim to lessen Serba Dinamik Corporate Social Responsibility ("CSR") team also known as Care Team is one of group initiatives by the founder of Serba Dinamik Holdings, Dato’ Dr. Ir. Ts. Hj. Mohd Abdul Karim bin Abdullah to help and reach out to the community who are in need. The Care Team tagline 'SMILE TOGETHER' conveys a significant meaning and assurance that we will never leave you behind. We are doing our best with what we have now to reach out to as many people as possible who are in need. the burden of all frontliners as well as those who were affected. We went to all Projek Perumahan Rakyat ("PPR") in Klang Valley area and delivered essential needs including basic foods, used clothings and more. • Education & Learning Since 2003, Serba Dinamik Global Skill Centre ("SDGC") has been providing short courses for the oil & gas industry and developing competent technical professionals as the focal point of SerbaDinamikHoldings Berhad ("SDHB"). Our training style which utilizes the ‘learn and earn’ concept, has proven to be successful in enabling our trainees to secure employment upon successful completion of their training. • Social Well-Being Corporate Social Responsibility has come a long way since being primarily focused on the relationship between the organization and society. Having a CSR strategy that cultivates a sense of larger purpose and gets people involved results in happier and engaged employees who are proud to work for their company. We plan to expand Care Team to all Serba Dinamik branches in Malaysia and globally. Scan me to know about US!!!
