The roots, branches and leaves of the tree represent all the six “Capitals” embedded in the Company’s organisational business culture to face and deal with the vagaries of business challenges that lie ahead. 4 Circled Pictures As an international energy services group with four core business units providing integrated engineering solutions to the oil and gas ("O&G"), petrochemical and power generation industries, the four circled pictures – attached to the roots of the tree – represent the Group’s core business units: Operations and Maintenance ("O&M"), Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (“EPCC”), Information and Communication Technology ("ICT"), and Education and Training (“E&T”).
