Principal activities The Company is primarily engaged in investment holding and provision of management services. The principal activities of the subsidiaries are as disclosed in Note 8 to the financial statements. There have been no significant changes in the nature of these activities during the financial period. Change in financial year end During the financial period, the Company changed its financial year end from 31 December 2020 to 30 June 2021. The Company is hereby presenting eighteen (18) months accounts from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2021.
