Audit and Non-audit Fees The amount of audit and non-audit fees paid to the external auditors by the Group and the Company for the FPE2021 are as follows: The non-audit fees paid/payable to the external auditors during the FPE2021 amounted to RM nil, in which the services rendered by the external auditors are not prohibited by regulatory and other professional requirements and are based on globally practiced guidelines on auditors’ independence. Nexia's was engaged due to its expertise and experience, as well as its existing knowledge of the Group’s businesses. 2. Material Contracts To the best of the Board’s knowledge, there are no material contracts involving the Group with any of the major shareholders or directors in office during the FPE2021. 3.
