Section 6 | Sustainability Statement 206 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ENRICHING EMPLOYEES AND COMMUNITIES  FOOD FOR HOPE DONATION Food For Hope Programme Our Care Team initiated a new programme called FOOD FOR HOPE to empower and encourage participation of our employees to give back to the community. We encourage employees at all service centres and departments to participate by providing food donations within their own means. Employees may also nominate families or individuals who are in need of donations. Our Care Team will then coordinate and distribute these food donations to these deserving families. Food hampers donated by a representative from our Corporate Support and Creative Division Representatives from our Care Team delivered the food hampers to a shelter house in Selangor We recognise that investing in the community goes beyond monetary measures. In FPE 2021, we set up SERBA DINAMIK CARE TEAM comprising of volunteers among our employees in Malaysia as part of our corporate social responsibility initiatives. The Care Team focuses on three (3) objectives including Safety and Health, Education Development and Green Environment for sustainability.
