We raised debts through bonds and Sukuk while for equity, we carried out rights issues including private placements. We obtained both good banking relationship with financial institutions and strong support from shareholders in our debt & equity financing exercises. Funds raised are used to innovate and grow our business into new opportunities such as digital transformation including Industrial Revolution 4.0 ("IR 4.0") and Robotics. We also obtained grants from government to part finance eligible projects. The increase in number of institutional shareholders demonstrated their confidence in the Group’s financial position and the Group’s leadership to provide steady stewardship. Financial Capital
