Imposition of Sanctions and/or penalties Aside from penalties imposed by the Inland Revenue Board detailed in Note 22 of the financial statements on page 251 and publicly announced on 26 February 2018, there were no other material sanctions/or penalties imposed on the Company and its subsidiaries, its Directors, or Management. 2. Variation in results from estimates, forecasts or unaudited results announced The Company did not release any profit estimates, forecasts or projections for the FYE2018 and there was no material variation between the audited results for the FYE2018 and the unaudited results previously announced. 3. Non-audit Fees Total non-audit fees paid/payable to the external auditors during the FYE2018 amounted to RM799,000.00. 4. Material Contracts To the best of the Board’s knowledge, there are nomaterial contracts involving the Group with any of themajor shareholders or directors in office during the FYE2018.
