Principal activities The Company is principally engaged in investment holding and provision of management services. There has been no significant change in the nature of these activities during the year. Subsidiaries The details of the Company’s subsidiaries are disclosed in Note 4 to the financial statements. Dividends Since the end of the previous financial year, the amount of dividends paid by the Company as reported in the Directors’ Report in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2018: i) A fourth interim of 1.60 sen per ordinary share totalling RM23,496,000 in respect of financial year ended 31 December 2017 paid on 30 March 2018; ii) A first interim of 1.90 sen per ordinary share totalling RM27,901,500 declared on 23 May 2018 and paid on 29 June 2018; FINANCIAL STATEMENT
