2016 Annual Report 097 DIRECTORS’ REPORT The Directors have pleasure in submitting their report and the audited financial statements of the Group and of the Company for the period ended 31 December 2016. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES The Company is principally engaged in investment holding and provision of management services while the principal activities of the subsidiaries are as stated in Note 4 to the financial statements. There has been no significant change in the nature of these activities during the period. DIVIDEND The Company has no distributable reserves with which to pay dividend.
