006 SERBA DINAMIK HOLDINGS BERHAD Company No.1167905 P CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGE Dear Shareholders, It had been an exciting year for Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad (“Serba Dinamik Holdings” or “Company”) and our subsidiaries (“Group”) as we have officially debuted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on 08 February 2017. It has been the country’s largest Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the past 19 months and our shares have been oversubscribed by 5 times despite weak market sentiment on the oil & gas industries at that point of time. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am pleased to present to you our first Annual Report as a public listed company, and the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 (“FYE 2016”).
