Subsidiary Companies The details of the subsidiary companies are disclosed in Note 8 to the financial statements. Auditors The Auditors, Messrs. TGS TW PLT (202106000004 (LLP0026851-LCA) & AF002345), have expressed their willingness to continue in office. Auditors’ remuneration for the Group and the Company as set out in Note 27 to the financial statements are RM75,000 and RM66,000 respectively.
