STATUTORY AUDIT AND NON-STATUTORY AUDIT FEES The amount of audit and non-audit fees incurred for the services render by external auditors of the Group and of the Company for the financial period ended 30 June 2023 are as follows: Group RM Company RM Audit fees 75,000 66,000 Non-audit fees 5,000 5,000 CHANGE OF FINANCIAL YEAR END The financial year end of the Group has been changed from 31 December to 30 June. There will be no comparative financial information available for the financial period ended 30 June 2023.
