The policy also provides guidelines for achieving consistent disclosure practices across the Group. OUR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING We held our 59th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on 16 June 2022. Since 2020, UEM Edgenta has hosted its AGMs virtually, leveraging on technology to facilitate voting in absentia and remote shareholders’ participation at the AGM. The AGM was led by our Chairman and focused on our commendable results in the face of a challenging economic and operating environment, in addition to our progress in strategy execution and our future plans. Reflecting the centrality of sustainability to our business, our ESG goals and strategies were also communicated and discussed during the meeting. Given time constraints, answers to shareholders’ questions were provided wherever possible, with queries that could not be answered immediately duly noted and followed up subsequent to the meeting.
