S E C T I O N 6 F I N A N C I A L R E P O R T S 129 STATEMENT BY THE DIRECTORS OF THE MANAGER STATUTORY DECLARATION We, Dato' Haji Mohd Redza Shah bin Abdul Wahid and Wan Azman bin Ismail, being two of the directors of Damansara REIT Managers Sdn Berhad (the "Manager"), do hereby state that, in the opinion of the Manager, the financial statements of Al-Salām Real Estate Investment Trust (the "Fund") set out on pages 134 to 181 are drawn up in accordance with applicable provisions of the Deed dated 25 November 2019, Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards so as to give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group and of the Fund as at 31 December 2021 and of their financial performance and cash flows for the year then ended.
