Sanctions or Penalties There was no public sanction or penalty imposed on the Manager by the relevant Estate Investment Trust. Status of Utilisation Proceeds Raised From Corporate Proposal There was no issuance of new units during the FY2021. Audit and Non-Audit Fees For information, please refer to page 128 Recurrent Related Party Transactions At an Annual General Meeting held on 28 April 2021, the Company obtained a mandate from its shareholders (“Shareholders’ Mandate”) for recurrent related party transactions (“RRPTs”) of a revenue or trading nature. In compliance with Paragraph 10.09(2)(b) and Paragraph 3.1.5 of Practice Note 12 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“MMLR”), such Shareholders’ Mandate is subject to annual renewal and the disclosure in the Annual Report of RRPTs conducted pursuant to the mandate during the financial year ended 31 December 2021 where the aggregate value of such RRPTs is equal to or more than RM1 million or 1% of the relevant percentage ratio for such transactions, whichever is the higher. Set out below are the relevant RRPTs for which Shareholders’ Mandate had been obtained together with a breakdown of the aggregate value of the RRPTs which had been conducted pursuant to the Shareholders Mandate and had met the prescribed threshold.
