The Fund will primarily be focused on investing in real estates which are primarily used for healthcare purposes and will continue to look for opportunities that will provide attractive returns. (iii) Leverage The Fund will be able to leverage on its financing to make the permitted investments. Leveraging on its financing will enable the returns to unitholders to increase. Since the end of the previous financial year, no Director of the Manager has received or become entitled to receive any benefit (other than benefits included in the aggregate amount of emoluments received or due and receivable by the directors of Manager or the fixed salary of a full time employee of the Fund or its related corporations as shown below) by reason of a contract made by the Fund or a related corporation with any director or with a firm of which the director is a member, or with a Fund in which the director has substantial financial interest.
