INVESTMENT POLICY To diversify its Shariah-compliant real estate portfolio with a focus on healthcare-related real estate investment by property and location as well as to explore opportunities with attractive returns. OPERATING STRATEGY To continue enhancing the performance of the properties by increasing yields and returns from the properties. This is being achieved through a combination of: i. meeting needs of the tenants; ii. maintaining the quality and physical conditions of the properties; iii. minimising interruptions in rental income and operational costs; and iv. enhancement initiatives by repositioning or repurposing potential underperformed or underutilised properties.
