Corporate Profile Al-`Aqar Healthcare REIT (“Al-`Aqar” or the “Fund”) was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) on 10 August 2006. Established with an initial portfolio of 6 properties, Al-`Aqar has grown its portfolio to currently 23 properties comprising 17 hospitals, 3 wellness/health centres, 2 colleges and 1 aged care & retirement village. Al-`Aqar is managed by Damansara REIT Managers Sdn Berhad (“DRMSB” or the “Manager”), a member of Johor Corporation Group of Companies and supported by KPJ Healthcare Berhad (KPJ).
