The amount of RM122,000,000 represents the fair value of KPJ Batu Pahat Specialist Hospital and KPJ Healthcare University College, Nilai New Building (residential) amounting to RM80,000,000 and RM42,000,000 respectively. ### The investment properties amounting to RM79,900,000 (2019: RM NIL) are used to secure against Commodity Murabahah Term Financing-II (“CMTF-ii”) issued by the Fund as disclosed in Note 18.
