DATO’ HAJI MOHD REDZA SHAH BIN ABDUL WAHID Chairman Letter to Stakeholders Dear Valued Stakeholders, On behalf of the Board of Directors, it is my pleasure to present Al-`Aqar Healthcare REIT (“Al-`Aqar”, the “Fund” or the “Group”) Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 (“FY2020”). It was a privilege for me to be appointed as the Chairman of the Manager on 14 February 2020. This role has proved to be a challenging one, as a month later, the country went into total lockdown with the implementation of the Movement Control Order (“MCO”). The MCO has adversely impacted all businesses and the healthcare industry was not spared too.
