Sentral REIT Management Sdn Bhd as the manager of Sentral REIT (“SENTRAL”), recognises that an effective corporate governance culture is essential to protect the best interests of the Unitholders, as well as critical to the performance of the Manager and consequently, the success of SENTRAL.
As a result, the Manager has adopted a comprehensive corporate governance framework that is designed to meet the best practice principles. In particular, the Manager must act honestly, with due care and diligence, and in the best interests of the Unitholders.
