The Board of Directors of Harbour-Link wishes to announce that Harbour-Link Lines Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200601018501 (738254-T)] ("Purchaser"), a 85% owned subsidiary of Harbour-Link, has on 1st August 2026 entered into two (2) separate Sale and Purchase Agreements ("SPAs") with Sapor Shipbuilding Industries Sdn. Bhd. [Company No. 200301021791 (624211-W)] ("Vendor") for the acquisition of two (2) units of 90m Self-Propelled Container Vessels for a total cash consideration of RM56,676,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Fifty-Six Million Six Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Only) ("Acquisition").
