DISPOSAL OF 70,034,999 ORDINARY SHARES IN WINSTAR CAPITAL BERHAD ("WCB") ("SALE SHARE(S)"), REPRESENTING 22.44% EQUITY INTEREST IN WCB TO CHUA NYOK CHONG, CHUA BOON HONG, LEE YONG ZHI, KHOO NEE CHENG, DATUK LOW CHIN KOON, NG CHENG KENG, PHUAH HUE SHUN, POR TEONG ENG AND CHU KERD YEE FOR A TOTAL CASH CONSIDERATION OF APPROXIMATELY RM30.1 MILLION (BASED ON RM0.43 PER SALE SHARE) ("DISPOSAL")

We refer to the Company's earlier announcements dated 29 September 2026 and 6 October 2026 in relation to the Disposal. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular to Shareholders on 28 July 2026 in relation to the Disposal.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that on 9 October 2026, Sunview has successfully completed the disposal of an aggregate of 31,860,834 WCB Shares to the purchasers within Tranche 1 of the Disposal at RM0.43 per WCB Share, for a total consideration of approximately RM13.70 million.

Save for the above, all other terms and conditions of the SSAs shall remain unchanged, in full force, and continue to take effect and be binding on the parties to the SSAs.
