Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular to Shareholders on 28 July 2026 in relation to the Proposed Disposal. 

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that Sunview had received letters of request for extension of time ("EOT") from the Purchasers, namely Chua Nyok Chong, Chua Boon Hong, Lee Yong Zhi, Khoo Nee Cheng, Datuk Low Chin Koon, Ng Cheng Keng and Phuah Hue Shun, on 28 September 2026, being the First Tranche Completion Date in accordance with the terms of the SSAs, to extend for a period of five (5) business days up to 5 October 2026. The Company had on the same day accepted the request for EOT.   

Save for the above, all other terms and conditions of the SSAs shall remain unchanged, in full force, and continue to take effect and be binding on the parties to the SSAs.
