Remarks :
The Company was not aware that the acquisition of 20,000,000 million shares had resulted in the 5% threshold being triggered, as the existing 1,823,300 treasury shares had been inadvertently overlooked in the relevant calculation. Based on the total number of issued shares of 400,400,008 shares at the material time, the Company had calculated its shareholding to be 4.99%, and consequently understood that the 5% threshold had not been triggered.
