Panda wishes to announce that the Company has, on 9 September 2026, received notification from its Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, that it has changed its name to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, with effect from 8 September 2026. 

The change is solely a change of company name and does not constitute a change of the Company's Share Registrar. 

The Share Registrar's address and telephone number remain unchanged. Its email address has been updated to [email protected], and the Share Registrar no longer maintains a fax number.
