- LETTER OF AWARD FROM MALAKOFF EVERGREEN SDN. BHD. TO FABULOUS SUNVIEW SDN. BHD., A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY FOR A PROJECT AT SUNGAI LIKAU, BINSARAWAK

We refer to the announcements dated 5 March 2026 and 30 June 2026 respectively in relation to the LOA from MEVSB for the Project ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Board wishes to announce that, MEVSB and Fabulous Sunview had on 2 September 2026, via a letter of extension of time, mutually agreed on 7 September 2026 to extend the CP Period for the execution of the EPCC Contract for another six (6) months from 4 September 2026 to 3 March 2027.

All other provisions of the LOA remain the same and be in full force and effect.
