Further to the Company's announcements dated 4 July 2025 and 7 July 2025, the Board of Directors of SMTRACK wishes to announce that Messrs. LTTH PLT having consented to act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company with immediate effect and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
