The Board of Directors of Infoline wishes to announce that Messrs. Crowe Malaysia PLT had indicated they do not wish to seek re-appointment as Auditors of the Company at the 

Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company. Accordingly, Messrs. Crowe Malaysia PLT had retired as the Auditors of the Company at the conclusion of the Fifth Annual General Meeting 

of the Company held today.

The Board of Directors will make further announcement on the appointment of new Auditors in due course.
