Infoline Tec Group Berhad ("Infoline" or "the Company") - Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between University Malaysia of Computer Science ("UNIMY") and Infoline IT Solutions Sdn. Bhd. ("Infoline IT"), a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the same.

Further to the Company's announcement dated 28 May 2026, the Board of Directors of Infoline wishes to inform that the MOU entered into between Infoline IT and UNIMY had lapsed after one (1) year from the date of the MOU.

The lapse of the MOU will not have any material financial effect to Infoline and its subsidiaries.
