The Board of Directors of Infoline is pleased to announce that Infoline IT Solutions Sdn. Bhd. ("Infoline IT"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 27 August 2026 entered into a MOU with University Malaysia 

of Computer Science and Engineering ("UNIMY") to establish collaboration and explore opportunities to develop, support and enrich the artificial intelligence research and development, educational programs and training

in the field that will be beneficial to both UNIMY and Infoline IT.
