ENCORP BERHAD ("ENCORP" OR THE "COMPANY") - Update on the Status of Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") between Encorp and KBI Properties Sdn. Bhd.

We refer to our announcement dated 13 May 2026.

The Board of Directors of Encorp wishes to announce that, as at the date of this announcement, there is no material update or development in relation to the MoU from that previously announced.

The Company will make the appropriate announcement in the event of any material development in relation to the MoU, in accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
